The most interesting thing I learned about globalization and trade is that countries with a lower standard of living depend on countries with a higher standard of living. This is how it works. The United States of America, for example has majority of their products made in China. If the United States all of a sudden had their economy go down, they would stop having their products made in China, which would be a huge job loss crisis in China.
The part in my sketch note that I am most proud of is the part where the farmer is running away from the tractor that is about to squish him because I feel strong about how this picture shows culture being “killed”.
